We are instructed on behalf of a well respected Approved Inspector who is looking to appoint a Senior Building Control Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years experience of working on commercial projects. 

 

To be considered for the role you must be chartered with CABE, CIOB or RICS and ideally Birmingham based however our client would also consider remote working or other locations.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience 

• Fully chartered with CABE, CIOB or RICS

• Valid UK drivers’ licence

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the growth of the region.

THE OFFER
