Look no further! We have an exciting opening for a Health and Safety Trainer to join our client's team.

Our client is a leading provider of Health and Safety services to a wide range of disciplines including construction. The role offers flexible work arrangements with hybrid working and a requirement to travel to offices and sites across the South West and occassionaly nationwide.

The Role

  • Deliver CITB certified training and construction-focused courses at training centres across the South West

  • Perform site safety inspections, incident investigations and reviews at client premises and construction sites

  • Assist in developing Construction Phase Plans and related documentation

  • Identify areas for improvement in HSE management systems and training needs through gap analyses

About You

 

  • Brings 5+ years of experience in the construction sector (as a Health and Safety Advisor/Trainer or at Site Manager level)

  • GradIOSH / CertIOSH

  • Qualified with NEBOSH Certificate in Construction 

  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service

  • Be presentable and maintain high personal and professional standards

  • Is proficient in both in-person and online training delivery

  • Be willing to travel throughout the South West with occasional travel nationwide.

  • Salary up to £40,000 pa
