Our client has a great opportunity for an experienced Building Control Surveyor who is looking for a part time role with flexible hours and the option to work from home or from one of their many local offices.

​

The role will include plan checking, project management of domestic and small commercial projects and site visits.  The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and manage their own workload over approximately 3 - 4 days per week.

ABOUT YOU

​​

• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Building Control Surveyor 

• Domestic and Commercial experience.

• MCIOB/MCABE/MRICS
