Are you a dedicated health and safety professional with a passion for inspiring individuals and businesses to operate safely and sustainably? Look no further! We have an exciting opening for a Senior Health and Safety Trainer to join our client's team.
Our client, a leading provider of Health and Safety services to a wide range of disciplines wishes to appoint a Senior Health & Safety Trainer to act as a mentor to other trainers within their team in the delivery of high level courses. The role offers a blend of office, travel and flexible work arrangements.
The Role

Provide impactful and certified training relevant to your existing specialist knowledge and qualifications.

Continually evaluate and further develop training courses and deliver these using differing technology in a variety of environments including classroom, remotely and e-learning modules.

Conduct briefings and toolbox talks to enhance team members’ skills.

Attend clients premises to conduct site inspections and incident investigations.

Perform gap analyses and review processes, RAMS and competence levels.

Provide advice to clients regarding improvements for management systems and training requirements.

Provide accurate reports following service guidelines.

Provide tender and service proposal support to the New Business Team.

Participate in CPD activities and keep up to date with technical and health and safety knowledge in line with industry and current legislation.

Assist in project work as and when required.

Engage in promotional/marketing activities to inspire safe and sustainable practices.
About You
-
Proficient in both in-person and online training delivery with a minimum of 2 years in a specific field such as construction industry, fire industry, ISO
-
CertIOSH or above.

NEBOSH Diploma Occupational Health and Safety.

L3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent.

Excels in delivering engaging training and Health & Safety consultancy services.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good IT skills.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service

Presentable and maintains high personal and professional standards

Has a full driving licence and open to travelling in the South West and occasionally nationally.
