​

A qualified Sustainability Consultant (NDEA) is required to join an existing team to provide expert advice to clients in relation to energy and sustainability strategies.

​

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Produce dynamics overheating risks and daylighting assessments

• Produce thermal comfort and heating/cooling calculations

• Liaise with clients in order to provide detailed energy and sustainability strategies.

ABOUT YOU

​​

• NDEA Level 5 qualification

• BREEAM qualification (desirable) 

• Sound knowledge of Building Regulations and Part L 

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Skilled in the use of SAP Energy Software (Elmhurst Design SAP/IES/Designbuilder)

• Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Be able to prioritise own workload and meet strict deadlines

• Full driving licence
